Training & Development

We have an exclusive agreement with the College of Law, so all of our future trainees complete the LPC with them in Moorgate. We will sponsor you through your studies, paying for your course fees and providing a maintenance grant of £6,500 for the year.  We keep in regular contact with you, so that your transition into the firm is as smooth as possible.

Once you are here, you will complete the professional skills course and be trained on all of our systems. We will ensure that you have all the information that you need, from a thorough initial induction through to seat-specific guidance and training at every seat rotation.  We have a comprehensive list of firm-wide training,  from strategy updates to seminars and workshops, all designed to ensure you can make a valuable contribution right away.
