Our business is divided into seven key practice groups, each of which offers its own unique challenges.

Corporate

We provide market-leading advice to major clients on a huge range of corporate transactions. Clients you will get to work with range from FTSE 100 listed companies and international corporations to unquoted companies and serial entrepreneurs. The issues you’ll deal with will be equally diverse – from IPOs and cross-border takeovers to reorganisations and joint ventures.

Real Estate

This is a rapidly-evolving industry where big changes are creating challenges and opportunities for our clients and our trainees. You will be managing you own files relating to management of assets and negotiating commercial leases. As part of a team, you could be involved in regeneration projects, or settling property disputes.

Finance

As we act for lenders, borrowers, servicers, board of directors and insolvency practitioners across a host of sectors, you'll get involved in everything from real estate finance, debt acquisitions, and corporate banking to restructuring, investigations and insolvency litigation.

Dispute Resolution

From commercial fraud and banking to insurance and reinsurance litigation, you’ll help all kinds of clients find the swiftest and most cost-effective route to a satisfactory resolution.

Private Capital

We are one of London's leading private capital practices and provide expertise and advice to some of the world’s wealthiest families, as well as the banks and offshore trustees who work with them.

Commerce and Technology

Commercial contracts, Intellectual Property, IT & Outsourcing, Sales & Marketing, Competition & Procurement – just some of the areas you’re likely to be tested in if you complete a seat in our Commerce and Technology group. Your time here will be varied and interesting, from the moment you join the group.

Employment and Pensions

You’ll work with major employers across the UK, helping them manage liabilities and save costs relating to their employees and their pension schemes. Our team conducts High Court and Tribunal litigation, supports corporate transactions, and advises on employment and pension issues.
